The patient brief and its AI summary
Everything you need about a patient on one card when you open their file — and a summary you can ask questions of.
Open this page in the appOpen a patient from Patients. The Patient brief at the top gathers what matters before you examine them:
- age, blood group, allergies and chronic conditions;
- the latest visits at this clinic, with the next follow-up;
- the latest measurements (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, glucose) and prescriptions.
What only appears with the patient's approval
Records from other clinics and the patient's family history stay hidden until the patient approves your request — see Asking a patient for their full history. Family history is shown by relation only (for example "Father: diabetes since 2019"), never with names, and only from relatives who agreed to share.
The AI summary
Press Summarize for a short clinical summary, or type a question about the patient.
It answers from the brief only
The AI sees exactly what the brief shows you and nothing else — no other patients, no names of relatives. It is a reading aid, not a diagnosis: the clinical decision is always yours.
The AI summary is on every plan, with a monthly allowance per clinic (100 on Solo, 300 on Complete) that renews on the 1st. The organized brief itself is always free and unlimited.
