Patients, then Add Patient. Only the first name is required — a walk-in with nothing else is still a patient. Optional details, including the clinic file number and an opening balance, are under More details. If the phone or national ID matches somebody already on the platform, you are asked whether it is the same person rather than a duplicate being created.
