Your first clinic gets 7 days of the plan you chose, with no payment. Afterwards you pay to continue; if you don't, the clinic becomes read-only — nothing is deleted.
By bank transfer, InstaPay, Fawry, Vodafone Cash, mobile wallets or cash. You record the payment on the clinic's subscription page; once confirmed, the subscription renews.
Any time. Moving up to Complete is charged for the difference over the rest of the period. Moving down to Solo needs the team removed from the clinic first, because Solo is for your own account only.
There are 3 days of grace. After that the clinic becomes read-only: you can see and export every record, but not add new ones until the payment is recorded.
The AI patient summary is on both plans. The AI assistant for clinic work and posts are on Complete, with a monthly allowance that renews on the 1st.
Medical data is encrypted, every access is logged, and no doctor outside the clinic sees a patient's history without the patient's approval, for a period the patient chooses — in line with Egypt's Law 151/2020.
