Reading your medical records
Every visit a doctor has recorded, searchable and filterable, with a detail view for each one — plus what the page will not show and why.
Open this page in the appYour Medical records page lists every assessment a doctor has written for you, newest first by default, with a card for each showing the clinic, the doctor, and the date.
What a record contains
A record is what the doctor actually wrote for that visit: a diagnosis, symptoms, any prescriptions and lab orders, notes, and a follow-up date if one was set. Opening a card shows the full detail without waiting for a fresh page load — it opens on what the list already has, then fills in anything more as it arrives.
Finding a specific visit
- Search across diagnosis, symptoms and notes — typing pauses briefly
- Filter by date range, with a badge showing how many filters are
- Sort newest or oldest first.
The "latest record" figure at the top of the page only ever reflects your single most recent visit overall — it is hidden the moment a search or filter is applied, rather than quietly showing the top of a filtered list as if it were your latest visit.
What is not on this page
Vital signs and full questionnaire answers belong to a separate, form-based record type some clinics use; where a visit used one of those forms, this page shows the same folded summary — diagnosis, symptoms, notes — the doctor's own view is built from, not the raw form.
