Open this page in the appYour dashboard opens on your name, avatar and medical record number — the identifier your clinics use for you — and pulls together the handful of things worth seeing at a glance without visiting several pages.
Needs your attention
A Needs your attention section lists anything actually waiting on a decision from you: an assessment a doctor has submitted for your review, or a request from someone asking to access your records. Each item links straight to the page that resolves it, rather than leaving you to go and find it.
What each section shows
- Upcoming appointments — your next visits, wherever you are booked.
- Recent records — the latest additions to your medical history.
- Profile completeness — a percentage based only on details you can
- Health at a glance — a quick read of your allergies, chronic
- Who can see my records — how many doctors currently hold access to
If a section is empty, the rest of the page still works
Each part of the dashboard loads on its own. If one piece cannot be reached for a moment, the rest of your dashboard still renders normally rather than the whole page failing.
